Prolonged anger and stress are not only unhealthy for any individual, but it also impacts negatively on any relationship, be it personal or at work. In return, ill-managed conflict can add to stress. This results in dysfunctional teams, low staff morale and staff retention problems, to name but a few.
Today’s high pressure work environment, constant change and competitiveness can aggravate the problem, which many people find hard to handle.

Upon completion, the learner will receive a Certificate of Attendance. Upon verified Competence, the learner will receive a Certificate of Competence from the Services Seta.

Entry requirements

Learners should be competent in Communication and Mathematical Literacy at NQF Level 4.
